		<description>Thanks for the comment. I can see how children shooting rifles may raise some eyebrows for some, but it doesn&#039;t for me. When I was a kid, I too went to summer camp where I was instructed in archery and riflery. My recollections from my lessons on the riflery range have mostly to do with gun safety. Never point a loaded weapon at someone. Always assume a gun is loaded. That sort of stuff. My son didn&#039;t just learn how to aim and shoot, he learned guns are dangerous too. I&#039;m much more concerned about games and movies that glorify violence than I am about teaching gun safety to children.</description>

		<description>I was catching up on blog postings after coming closer to finishing up a large project at work when I got to this one and something struck me about this post.  I find it amazing how casually you mention shooting with the other camp activities of swimming, hiking, eating, singing and playing.  Doesn&#039;t this make alarms go off in your head?</description>
